The NALO Movement

The NALO Movement, Inc – a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization – is an Atlanta-based collective of performing artists dedicated to telling the compelling and powerful stories of women of color. These stories, both told and untold, provide a lens and a context for contemporary women’s experience. The NALO Movement, Inc uses original performance art to explore the dynamic life experience of black women in its many facets, while providing transformation, healing, and education through artistic mediums and workshops.
